This hand gave me quite some hard time...
1. I would like to ask how do you calculate need equity/pot odds when there are cold caller behind you and you get squeezed? Can I consider them as dead money and therefore lower my needed equity or should I calculate my equity against 2 opponents or...
2. What range can I give BU in such a spot if he's unkown? Should I put him on ordinary JJ+/AK or could he be looser because of the squeeze?
P.S.: My elephant is having it's issues again, so I'm adding hero's stack: 28BB.
