Hello medapkrgod,
One of our coaches BogdanPS did a couple of videos aimed at helping you set up HM2.

Initially you don't need to set up much because you first need to gather a lot of hands before the stats make any sense.
HM imports the hands that is in your handhistory. (You have to check that your pokersite saves the hands locally and check that HM2 finds them)
Pokerstars lets you download hands from their server if you got to account -> request -> hand history you can download from there.
