So i played a little before the $100 bonus was credited, got around 320 mcd, support are claiming that they can't back credit these to count towards the bonus, Typical useless gimps! Seriously mods, get mansion to confirm with you all the terms of the bankroll, cause mansion support are useless.

Just bug them as much as you can. I had to send them like 5 mails.
I made like 750 MCPs before that 100$ bonus and they back credit me 650 MCPs... Salomon decision.

It actually took me only one query with the Mansion live support to fix the bonus on the account

Try that - perhaps it is faster
