Without looking to spoiler, we should bet small OTR, we still target many pairs, 2p and some slowplayed sets. I also need more information on villain's thinking. This depend whether he is a nit or a loose player. As played, villain overshoves with more than 100bb. I guess he has it most of the time. I am conservative and would fold but I don't blame you you called.

Against a unknown i would always bet at least half pot on NL2 on every street. I expect especially on the river you get more value with betting then checking, because we can’t expect he will bet to often on the river with less than a straight. Now I would make a note about this player.

I think the flop cbet should be bigger. Turn is fine imo. I think we can still bet the river. As played, I don't think I would make the call, but on the other side, alot of his flushes are blocked by us and by the board + alot of AdXd is probably 3betting preflop. Anyway, I believe we are most often calling to split at best. I don't see which bluffs he could have or which value hands worse than KQ he could play like that. KJ?

The river is not the issue here as it is up to you to guess whether V. is bluffing (I'd automatically fold myself without thinking due to bad pot odds).

You should bet very much bigger on the flop. Turn percentage is also smallish. (Why the heck do you bet bigger OTT than OTF? This is exactly the way you don't want to size your bets against draws. His implied odds on the flop are just marvelous, and you pay off.)
