We are calling for set value pre-flop and we should fold on the Cbet I think. I don’t think floating will work enough on the 50c stakes and hitting a 3 on turn will be tough.

As played we could try to steal the pot on the turn against a decent player, but too bad it didn’t work out this time. I expect he had most likely a set that he’s slow playing on the turn or QQ.

I am not sure about the flop, I expect on this flop a standar cbet with all of his range that's why I called.

Just fold flop. It doesnt matter if you get bluffed in this spot. You are going to have so many more bad hands that are better to call with like open enders, gutshots, 6x, 8x, over pairs to the 8, alot of Ax with BD FDs etc.
With 33 even if you are making the right call OTF you are going to make bigger mistakes later on because there are alot of cards that give our oponent a better hand or a ton more equity and basically no card is good for us aside from a 3.

You're early stages, just play for set value and be done with the hand.
I would prefer to lost 50 rather trying to win fancy when the effective is 75 blinds on a unclear situation.
You lost many blinds (30%) on a stage you need to stay tight and straightforward.
Calling his C-bet is not that bad anyway (i wouldn't call), especially if you think he's not double barreling enough, but betting the Turn just bloats the pot, giving you little to zero leverage on River.
Even if he calls the Turn and checks the River, you're mostly toast.
