Hey, I have a lot of doubt in this hand.
Pre flop: Ok open raise, but 2xbb was ok?
Flop: Should I cbet on the missed flop or just check? Can I understand de villain re-raise as a semi bluff (flush draw) or value bet?
I didn't have any information about SB player, but I understand his cold calling a range is around 22 to TT, A8 to AQ, KT+.

With ~10 blinds i would just shove my AKs hand from the button, no reason to min-bet then be in a position where you miss the hand and fold and be left with 8-9 blinds.
I find x2 bb to be only good bets Heads-up, otherwise you give too many odds to call you, especially players with pairs and the blinds players.
About C-bet, what kind of C-bet you could make without getting pot-commited now? Your half-pot bet is almost 30% of your stack. Personally i would not C-bet here, Q and 9 are cards that are easily found on callers range.
All in all, just shove preflop _drink:

I’m not sure what kind of SNG this is, but for 11bb I would shove AKs as well. Especially if there are some ICM factors we need to dealing with. The flop bet seems fine against an unknown, but without any back-up accept 2 over cards you can’t call his shove.

It's an easy shove pre flop, imho.

Hey all, thank you very much to reply this post.
I didn't realize when reviewing this hand that shove preflop is the best option.
Considering an open raise what size should be?
- SDK1987 - It was a 10 handed sng

That means 3 players get paid and we are 3rd in chips. Then we don’t want to get in ugly ICM spots. If the BB shoves for example pre-flop we should even consider folding AK and that’s not what we want.

SDK1987 - It's another good point of view that I didn't to think and you are right.
Cheers,
