Villain is a fish, 83/33, 7 hands, hence my loose call pre - let me know if you think it's a fold regardless. I guess flop and turn are fine. Would you find a fold on the river?

I think all options preflop are OK, call, fold, 3b isolate the fish. If he opened normal sizing instead of 2bb, I wouldn't like flatting.

River it's a question about can he turn his KQ/sets into bluff (or can he bluff shove with a split? I think it wouldn't make sense). Too bad you dont have any more info.

in this spots you just need reads otherwise its a littla gamble either way. theres players who always have it (even fish) and players who even shove aq here which makes no sense. considering villain almost pots the turn makes me think hes on a made hand already. on the other hand a made hand shud shove over ur raise. so his call looks hes maybe drawing (as well). since flush and straight hits i think he probably doesnt always have the flush and given the odds i think you easily win 1 out of 3.5 times here to break even so calling cant be too bad.
