I posted it yesterday "11.02.09 15:04" and almost 24h later nothing.Why am I complaining? Because when I got in, they had the quickest respond time and I thought they are very profesional,just to be let down like a week later.

Hello BogdanJ,

Our support also sleeps once in a while and with a lot of ticket queries to be answered it can sometimes take a bit longer.
