So i'm looking back cringing at this shove,.. in hindsite i think half pot would of been better. My thought process was "if i bet 2/3 pot he'll only be left with a couple of dollars so i may as well ship as it's funkier".
But i think a half pot bet would get called by a Q here. Thoughts?

Maybe he would fold to a half pot bet also, do not sweat! Maybe he would only call a small bet for the split. Readless on 10NL seems like both options are valid but i personally would opt for the half pot. But even that bet doesn't necessarily get the maximum value cause we have to accept the fact that we are readless.

You went too exploitative by basing your thinking on population tendencies would be a good bottom line probably. If you would bet 1/3 and got an insta-call wouldn't feel again like you missed some value?

I would most likely 3bet this flop with the intention to go broke. We blocking 2 set combo’s and KK, AA and TT would most likely 3bet as well. Then only QJ is nasty for us, but I expect he can raise like this with worse 2 pair as well.

I agree with the small river bet because ranges are super-strong here. 3-betting flop isn't a good idea. Only better hands would call.

Yeah I think a small bet would be optimal, 1/3-1.5/3.

OTR beting around 1/2 is best way to charge Qx.

I don't think 3betting the flop is an option. We get hands to fold we have crushed (2pairs) and isolate our self vs sets/straights.

I think half pot on the river would of been optimal.
