It’s suspicious that the UTG player isn’t shoving right away. Especially in a spot he needs to fold a lot if the chip leader will shove on him. In this case I would fold JTs and I would shove a lot when we are in the UTG position the next hand.

With 2 bbs I think JTs is a decent range do call or open push.

The question here is how wide the UTG player will play like this.
I expect he has a tight opening range with his 10bb stack.
