[SnG 9men] Overpair in missed flop

Hello,

I'd played this hand against villain who opens very wide and despite the wet board and over a villain's donk bet that looks liked protection for a draw. I bet to extract money. Turn I decided to shove because I understood that he won't fold any draw or even do better hands than mine.

Thanks,

Arnalsan

well protecting ur draw by betting sounds funny sorry

anyway, i think ur flop raise is a little too big here. i think i raise to 400-500 altho prolly more towards the 400. i mean on that limit u will never get away on this flop unless there was bet and raise before u maybe. turn you obviously get it in. 4 is not the greatest card but still better than a or 5.

I would raise the flop smaller as well. Now you are committing yourself here.
The turn is for me a blank most of the time. I don’t think he will bet call to often with random 4x hands and I would go for it with the lot of draws he could have.

The super dry board on the turn doesn't encourage to call the all in, really, though it's impossible to miss how small the guy's stack is.

Lasso, SDK1987 and Dradamel,

Thanks for reply this post!

The bet size should be smaller ok, but, I had the feeling that small size meaning weakness and big one power. I don't even know if opponents had this Reading about it.
