2 bubble situations on the same sng

♦ The swings on sngs could be crazy sometimes ♦... anyways, I was playing an 18man sng.. and I was a chipleader 21bb, with avg of 14bb..
Well, I am sure that the second hand is much more correct than the first one.. But I thought, 4 players get the Money and I am the chipleader on the bubble.. Is that a spot to put icm pressure?
