Min raising is standard in this phase of the tournament I think. Especially with so many short stacks you can better raise small with so many re-shove stacks behind him. AQs for 25bb effective you can consider to 3bet shove with the big ante in play, but this is also fine. I don’t think AQs is a fold against most players on these stacks after your 3bet him.

I expect he would most likely even 4bet shove wider then you suggested. Otherwise you should even fold with the 38% (20,66/54,19) equity that you need here.

yeah he does indeed shove wider but i would shove this range while otherwise its not profitable spot from villains perspective...i wont bluff 3bet him a ton if ever in this spot...

he could go for a 3bet flat oop and evaluate from their....is greater chance to max ev in this tourney as to risk the tourney life with survival of 27 percent

would prob lay down AQo.....may not...but for 25 BB is fine spot...
i got only 14 hands on him where he wasnt too unactive...if i run into AK its bad but thats only 12 combos AA and kk are 9 so 21 combos vs. a lot more....

lets say eff ssize is <30 BB there i would rather 3bet fold or just flat....
