This is my first time depositing to pokerstars so I was required to fill in the validation form. I deposited my money on friday with the promocode and I was able to see the 5 tickets for day 1. I was only able to play on Saturday night because my account was only verified then. I used the 5 tickets from day 1 on Saturday. I haven't received anymore tickets and cash bonus money since then. It is currently day 4 and pokerstars support has not replied since Sunday morning.

Still no reply from pokerstars day 5. This is the worst support I have ever experienced
That’s weird. Maybe they missed you mail somehow, but I would send a mail again and hopefully they will give an answer now.

There was an issue with your Stars Account which prevented further rewards from being credited. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Pokerstars isnt the quickest. Sometimes they answer within an hour and sometimes it take some days.
I expect it depends how difficult the issue is, but even then, it would be polite to give an answer that they are working on it.
