Hello, My search for a certain type of software is proving fruitless and I thought maybe someone on here could help. I am searching for, for "lack of a better word", a "variance" calculator. I want to know how good or bad I am running at a certain given point. Does such a thing exist?
For example, if I was wondering, over my last 1000 hands, how have my cards been holding up or not when all in and certain favored percentages? So, if I got it all in pre-flop and got called and was between a 65-70% favorite, have I been winning 65-70% of those hands? And what is the relative pot size on the wins and losses? If I got it in on the turn and was a 80% favorite, what percentage of those hands have I held up in over the past 1000 I've played? That kind of calculator. I think it's a good gauge to understand how good or bad you are running. I would also hope that you could minimize the search to the past 100 hands or so.
We all tend to overreact when we string together a few bad beats. But I was really hoping for software that could help determine how good or bad you are actually running over the past week/month/year/etc.
I know looking at the hand histories you can see the hands you were all-in on, but it won't tell you the street that the chips got put in the middle. So it's hard to determine your drawing variance.
