Standard shove..or unnecessary?

SB villain would raised with a wide range included because bet size was small. Because of this I totally agreed to 3bet here.
When the villain calls 3bet he could have value or bluff against re-steal and the average range that I considered for a unkown is around: TT-99, 55-44, AQs-AJs, A5s, KQs, QJs, JTs, T9s, 76s, 65s, AQo, KQo and QJo.

Flop: I understand that villain hits some draws and pairs because of that I would consider just call, included because he donk bet pot (protection?). The call would be based only in our equity for flush draw or TPTK.

You cannot correlated to tournament because we play cash deep stack.

You cant really make a big mistake unless you fold ofcourse...
Shoving is the easiest but you can also raise smaller and shove any turn that may put some pressure on his weaker holdings, or you can call flop and evaluate the turn. You are in position and will save a ton of money against sets when the turn pairs the board, while still playing mathematically correct otherwise. Thats why I think call flop is best.

In tournaments its different story. You should take the aggressive line against stronger players (thus lowering their edge and increasing their variance) or against stacks that you can put alot of ICM pressure against. Otherwise its better to play "small ball" by calling and playing your position. Anyway, ICM considerations will almost never be with stacks as deep as 100bb...

I don’t think shoving will work to often after the pot size donk bet of the SB.
I would most likely call and her-evaluate the turn on further action.

I think shoving on flop looks too much like a semi bluff.

Calling flop and shoving turn looks so much stronger.
Fold when he shoves turn of course.
