AQs, What line could I have taken here to make this more profitable

I would normal 3bet AQs against a SB raise pre-flop and then I would go for 3 streets of value if he isn’t folding pre-flop.

Only thing that comes to mind is 3bet pre.

Some board runouts are just like this, not easy to make much money. If you raise the turn villain will probably fold a looooot. Your bet size OTR was ok I guess. Maybe it could be like super small and try to induce some bluffs? Otherwise this hand was ok.

I agree. Just 3bet pre. There will be many hands that are worse which would love to see a flop without initiative and out of position.

Raising the turn is definitely an option. I don't see flushdraws folding and worse Ax love to call as well. The only reason I would just call on the turn is when I can expect a loose riverbluff from my opponent.

On the river I would just go big for value (almost pot). There's no reason to bet small. Villains often get paranoid that the flush missed and when they bluffcatch the bluffcatch. Don't worry about not getting called enough, just bet large

Your play is fine for variation. Especially against an aggressive opponent (you could call it the rope-a-dope). You probably (by chance, this time) did extract the maximum.
