Power Equilab Subscription Problem

I have been renewing my power equilab sub for quite some time now and my next payment is due 9/22/17. I thought I would pay early, be extended a full month beyond the 22nd, and my sub would be good through October 22nd now.

Not only did you bill my card today, but my subscription was never extended :evil: I have the machine code, the emails I received to confirm payment, etc. Can someone please help me out on this?

Problem was resolved immediately by the power equilab support team. As always, this place is fantastic.
