Also flush draw + posibility that he had the 10 made me not bet, I don't like to CBET everything in the long wrong it made me lose too much money.

You open from UTG so villain can call pre with QQ,JJ. I think those are a lot more likely than villain having a Tx hand. Quads are quite rare so I don't think you should be too afraid of those.

First off, that is a pretty bad flop with 3 opponents. It is enough for one of them to have hit to have you screwed (which seems to escape notice). You don't have to bet.

Obviously, you aren't folding anywhere, but those last 15.5 bb have very negative EV. The dude just told you he had a T.

I think the main problem in this hand was villain's trap, just checking on turn.
One doubt that I always have is when facing villain aggression on river, like in this spot, should we consider hero folding? frequently we can loose for 2 pairs, trips, etc,. Of course if considering villain as regular.
