I don’t know with free money offer you referring to, but in most cases, it takes up to 2 business days before your money will arrive on your new poker room account. Most of the time you will get a mail of PokerStrategy when the money is underway to your account.
If this period is expired I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service and they will help you further.
