I'm always unsure, when I'm playing hands like this. I hit mid-pair top-kicker on the turn and EP is betting. Why is he betting? Has he a top-pair with a bad kicker a made flush or is he just trying to steal the pot?

Flop: (7 SB) Q♠, 4♠, 8♥ (3 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (3.50 BB) T♠ (3 players)
SB bets, UTG folds, Hero raises, SB calls.

River: (7.50 BB) 3♣ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 7.50 BB

Q1: Was my raise on the turn too aggressive?

Q2: Did I miss a value-bet on the river?

continuation bet on the flop is almost mandatory since it is very well possible that you holde the best hand with your A high and have to protect since anybody who makes a pair would beat you.
The raise on the turn doesn't really help you since SB wouldn't fold a better hand and with a bluff will not call your raise but might bet again on the river. Thus i would just call him down.

like blinzler said, you must make a continuation bet here! you have few opponents, and their fold equity is rather high. if they call do the same on the turn and fold to a check/raise. if he donk bets into you on the turn despite your flop bet you should call him down. a raise is rather risky, but i guess its ok if you plan on folding to a 3-bet.
and no you did not miss a value bet on the river. there's practically no worse hand that would call you...
