Zoom, KK in a tough spot

I found this tough because the villain is a super tight player and I couldn't find my balls to 4bet him preflop.

Postflop, I started thinking WTF, TT or JJ? Well, I can beat QQ....

You should find the balls to 4bet.
Now villain either slowplayed a full house OTT or then he has air and because you both checked behind OTT he ships it OTR to take the pot.
Difficult to give any good answers here. If we assume he has full houses and 87s, 98s and 97s (14 combos), he needs to bluff with about 6 combos for you to call this profitably.

If you don't have the balls to 4bet this, you might as well fold it. By saying you don't want to 4b you're basicly saying he has AA.

I'd 4bet this anytime vs a nitty player and just close my eyes and hope he doesn't hold AA.

I find call 3bet with KK vs such a nit from UTG totally standard.
Nits are usually bad postflop so you have more edge.
CO seems to be very tight on small sample so he should be having here TT, JJ for sure and maybe ATs. So on the flop when he calls, you have very low equity vs both guys, and i find it fine to check turn. River easy fold. Not only that SB most likely has KK+ in this spot, he is going to bluff super rare in this spot due to tight ranges, but even if he would bet QQ you are often beat by SB because he might be slowplaying TT, JJ on flop and turn.
