I need help..
I made a ticket, etc. But I need your opinion on what I should do..
I was in Chester for a week, I came back a a couple of days ago and I played some Poker today on Full Tilt using my Account, to find I've got no money. Nothing.
I havn't been on Poker when I was at Chester, and I left with about 25-30$ there.
Full Tilt won't help me and now I'm stuck.. Any ideas what to do..?

Well yeah, obviously I did that.. Followed by a Virus Scan which found PartyPoker viruses..
Thats strange as i have never had a party poker virus found in all the times i've been using them. I cant see that being the reason why your account was hacked though.
As for FTP, surely the security department can do an investigation to see when the money was lost or transferred. That way if they give you specific dates that it happened and you can prove you was in Chester and nowhere near the computer in question then you will have a case for taking the investigation further and a possible refund of monies.

I'm very sorry to hear that.
Maybe you could do the following:
Log into FTP and click Security -> check my Login History.
And check if there are any logins from an other region or country.
Or if there were any logins during the time you were in Chester

They will review the transaction history over the last few days and do a thorough investigation. Im not usually one to talk about full tilt well because they closed my account but they do respect the security of there players.
