The guy is playing 16/11 so his flop raise is so bad he is representing pocket 6's or pocket 2's which is so unlikely or a badly played low pocket pair which he is turning into a bluff therefore I really like your 3bet as it should get him to fold everything it's just too bad he's a calling station. I also just give up on the turn he's just not going to let it go.
