So after the limp in I am not really sure what is best here. In all honesty I can't really remember why I only called as I should probably have raised here. When the BB goes all in for 40BB I can't believe he is super strong here as he would likely play for better value with QQ+ and AK. it screams medium pocket pair to me and I do not mind a flip for a massive pot. when the original limper near snap calls the BB shove I am concerned that he was trapping but really don't know what kind of range I can put him on.
1) Is this a call in the long run ?
2) If we raise the limper and the BB still shoves and limper calls would that change anything ?
