Two questions:

1. Calling the reraise ok?
2. can i get more $ from BB?

Vs 3bet that is this big, it is close but I guess calling is not bad. Do you open 4bb as a standard?
Postflop I think it was ok. Betting OTF would be fine too. Villain clearly decided to give up postflop so I don't think you would have been able to get more money out of him.

Bet the flop: his 3betting range either has hit 'something' like a gutter that he'll call or totally whiffed it and will x/f anyways.

By checking you give him a freecard.

You should be betting this flop. Slow playing sets always ends badly, unless you have the board completely locked up and are against a hyper aggressive player. Which is rare in micros. Calling pre is ok, thought obviously we are basically relying on hitting our set, which means things get awkward when we miss and are out of position.
