Im confused as to how people use this term here?
From the glossary I see its taken to mean rerasising after a bet and a raise but from reading various posts and watching a few videos it seems some people use this term when talking about an open raise 3xBB?

I was reading one post re 3 betting KQ pre flop, surely this cant be referring to reraising a raised pot pre flop with KQ as that doesnt seem a wise move to me?
