Villain quite active with 3bets so decided to turn this into a bluff. Turn decision is whether to shove or not or do you go into showdown mode on turn and what about Vs a turn shove. River i'm happy with getting to showdown but i think it's a fold at that point if villain chooses to shove. Any thoughts welcome.

Thanks.

I think you should fold pre after the 3bet.

I don't think a 4-bet bluff is that bad against this guy, but folding is an option certainly.

Post flop- think you probably have to check the river - lots of draws hit - KQ, AJ, JT, JJ + any 2 hearts all beat you and are all in his range - he doesn't seem like he gets out of line too much post-flop so I think he has something.

Without real info about the guy (200 hands), you should mostly just fold preflop and save yourself potential huge mistakes postflop.

Also, where is the rest of the action in this hand ?

This hand is ok as a bluff 4bet. I would also use this in my standard range, so that means we can 4bet it if we don't have any reads that suggest it is a bad idea. Another option is to call this. I wouldn't fold pre.

OTF I think checking would be a good play. It is a 4bet pot and you are out of position with just TPGK. If you want to bet, choosing a small bet size like you did here is good. The bet is not bad but I just slightly prefer checking.
As played turn check call is reasonable.
OTR you probably should check fold.

Calling mediocre dominated hands out of position is certainly not what I would advice new players to do.

I'm not sure how new player hero is. I have seen some of his posts here and he doesn't seem like a total beginner :)
If we fold any mediocre dominated hand vs 3bets, does that mean we fold every weak AXs too?
If we fold all of those hands we are probably folding too much vs 3bets and can be exploited. This hand is played at NL10 so I think it is reasonable to start thinking about defending vs 3bets and having a bluff 4bet range.

CO vs BTN defense vs 3bet readless:

4bet bluff A2s-A5s
4bet for value QQ+/AK
call TT-JJ, AQ, KQs

Now, if you want to have balanced range, you should call some portion of AA/KK/QQ/AK but it is nl10 and probably not necessary.

If you open something like 27% from CO you would be defending too little with that range. Also the bluff to value ratio in that 4betting range is a bit off but I don't think that is a very big deal.

When you say that is the range when you are readless, I assume this is your standard game plan vs any unknown villain. I'm not sure why you would want to defend too little as a standard play. Unless your standard play includes thinking that population 3bets too value heavy. And I'm not sure if that is the case at NL10 anymore.

That is not the range I defend with, but it is good range that will not get you into many problematic spots. If we start calling KJs and similar OOP, we would be having
huge trouble playing postflop without position and initiative, and it would also require us to flat some QQ+/AK combos, so our calling range does not become too weak and include some monster hands.

If i have reads that BTN 3bets particularly wide BTN vs CO, i will obviously make some adjustments, as to widen our 4bet bluff range and include stronger hands in our calling range, but with 200 hands sample, it is not the case.

I don`t see why the Hero want`s to 4bet bluff such a nice calling hand. I call villain`s 3-bet all day unless I have more information about villain.

As played - I don`t see why are you even cbetting this flop against this villain? By doing that you are getting in such a disgusting spot and pushing yourself in a wall. Just ch/cl flop is my recommendation.

OTT - you can ch/cl such a small bet, but my guess is that on these stakes you`re not good ~80% of the time

River - easy fold
