Bigger raise preflop. Raise it to 5 big blinds (there was a limper before you).

I'd check/fold the flop actually. Takes some discipline but three people saw the flop and they all called a raise preflop. Players at these stakes will call raises with almost any ace and won't fold it, which is great when you have AK, but given the situation I wouldn't have even cbet.
