Both plays are fine, although against a Fish , he hits 33% of his hands on the Flop.

I would shove this one preflop

Well you are committed anyway postflop being OOP and the interaction/synergy between OOP and committed - related to a medium PP where the chance % of getting overcard[s) is significantly big - is the thing I hate the most :)
