Zoom, KK on HJ, easy spot or tough spot?

Pretty good run out to calldown this hand.
Ofc fish have some 4x in his range, but still he has many worse.
River sizing is unpleasant, but I think he has too many bluffs (FD, 6x, Qx which had FD).

Well you have to think, which hands you beat and which hands beats you. Since he showed agression all 3 streets, he has to have connected with the board. I dont think he would play 6x hand that agressive, also Qx hands doesnt make sense to bet the turn unless he has something like AQs to QJs with flush draw. He obviously doesnt have AA QQ, KK, JJ, 10s, otherwise he would 3bet pre flop. At this point your only ahead to missed flush draws or 6x hands that trys to bluff you off on river, but thats very unlikely since he showed agression all 3 streets long. Your behind any 4x hand, 66s, 99s. I think its pretty clear that he beats us at the river, so i would just lay down my KK this time. Hes line looks too strong to be a bluff. Most likely he has 4x hand or 66s, and the river bet is for value.

I would mostly just check/raise AI on the turn and be done with it. When we choose to play the turn passively, then we are pretty much obliged to call any river that doesn't complete his draws (maybe fold on non-club aces as well).

I agree on check/raising the turn, cause then most of the hands that you beat, will fold and you wont have to make a tough decission on river, but i totally disagree with check/calling the river. Bassicly, what hands that we do beat, calls our check/raise? Only flush draws calls us. If they call us on the turn, we have to either check/fold OTR or bet our self. So if he calls the turn, we can pretty much give up on the river, and call only a small river bet, cause its pretty clear we are beaten at that point. There are allmost no hands we beat and few hands that beats us.

If he calls the turn, there are no chips left to make decisions about on the river. The whole point of the passive approach in this hand is to get maximum value of his bluffs and semi-bluffs OTT, then shipping it for value and protection.

Oh sorry i missread your post. Yea Check/shoving OTT is probobly the best play there.

i would be very inclined to just 3bet flop to set a turn ship against a fishy player. i do actually expect to have over 50% against his continuing range, he might well overplay any 6x-JJ hands and FD.
as played, of course it's never fun to face aggression but i do agree that this is a good runout to station
