It is a pretty easy call in my opinion, you can squeeze quite wide preflop in this spot and he can check / raise some hands as bluff here. You only need him to have like 3-4 bluff combos to have a profitable call. I would mostly just call the hand down vs unknown.

Easy call. The board is super dry and you underbet. Your play is good but some guys like cbet this kind of boards with super wide range because they don't hit villain well, so it is also quite common that some guys like to check raise here a lot because they think your range is full of air.

In my opinion when you have AA in the same situation you want to check behind, so why not add KQ to your check behind range as well for balance? This makes it also easier to max value against bluffs and lose less vs hands that have you already beat.

Don't fold. Call the hand down. You say villain is unknown, but also that you cannot imagine bluffs in this spot. How do you know? I don't think a c/r is only a bluff. A9, J9, T9, 98, might and TT, JJ, QQ might c/r your weak cbet for value. ofc AK and 99 likely would too, but ask yourself how many combos of those there are and you start to understand why calling here is mandatory.
I don't think a 3bet otf is better because his holdings are unlikely to improve to better your hand and you may as well let him continue his bluff or assumed value raise.
