Is it ok to call the 3bet since I have position and the villian is looseish? Raise flop instead of call?

Edit: I'm in middle position, not UTG, not sure why the history is saying that

Vs a loose player I am still not sure if I should call such a raise. I prefer to fold here and wait for better spot. Lets see what judges advice.

I'd fold pf on fullring table 9 players.

If I had called then I'd only call flop as well because it's not drawy so if he is ahead on turn he probably was ahead on flop already.

I'd fold turn as well, looks as he is playing AA/KK/QQ/AQ

Once you call pf, you´re playing for stacks, so either fold pf or if called, then raise flop and get your money all-in.
He would shove there with draw and Qx.
Not the best turn card, but I´m probably still shoving, he might sometimes fold overpair, he would call there with draw and Qx
