I prefer to raise such minraises preflop.
Postflop: I try to raise flop & revalue turn. Maybe call small on turn & fold to river bet.

This situation shows why two pictures (no ace) is so marginal. You get drawn into situations where you can get stuck making up to three streets of crying calls only to find out you lost to kicker.

I would raise minraiser pre-flop for better info on where my KQs stand.

As played I am 2-bet attacking on the flop as if my TPGK is best hand to a 20c preflop raiser (only big hands that have you topped is AA / AK / KK, unlikely). If I get called and bet into on the turn then I consider letting go.

As played I am re-raising that very weak bet on the turn.

River card was unfortunate as you probably had this won until then.

hi
preflop you can 3bet his minraise or call it
on the flop its ok to call once
turn against a lose player you can raise sometimes against a lose player that has worst kings in his range
river is a fold
