Spoiler

$22.57 pot ($1.50 rake)
Final Board: 5♥: 4♦: 2♥: J♦: Q♠:
CO showed A♥: Q♥: and won $21.07 ($9.86 net)
Hero mucked A♠: K♥: and lost (-$11.21 net)

After 20k hands he open 24% on CO and folds 37% on that possition. With 4Bet toatla of 4% I guess his range on preflop looks like this:

reds and yellow are 4Bets, green are calls, blue are folds to my 3Bet.

His raise flop cBet total is 8

For whatever reason I assued that he folds 22-66 and 76s. So I am dealing here :Ax: . If it was true wouldn't it be better to jus call OTF? Now when I tried to create his range I see that with such fold vs 3Bet he can easily have all sets anm maybe straights on this board, so I gues it is fold...?

I would fold here for sure. I expect he only check/raise with a flush draw that you maybe beat, but that’s the only thing.

CO might also slow play big pocket pairs. So, I'd include some there. Also, I wouldn't assume that CO 4bets balanced range. He might as well have 90% bluffs and 10% value when 4betting.

His flop raise is huge an is committing and that is ussually a sign of strength. Your range also has QQ+, so I think you have the upper hand anyway most often.

I think you could just fold OTF. 8% raise cbet isn't super aggressive and in 3bet pots people just tend to play more honestly. I wouldn't like calling that raise and now your shove is a semibluff. My guess would be that both your equity and fold equity are quite low.
