Both of them are regs. I am really not sure about the whole hand.
Bu is 21/5 with 3bet TOT 4, and BU call open 11, Fold vs cBet 50, AFq F29 T31, R29 after 13k hands.
SB is 27/22 sqz 10,
cBet seems OK. with ~11% calling range BU'll have here JJ, KTs, QTs, JTs, T9s, 89s, KJ-QJ w/ BDFD. Not sure what he does with 88-99.
