it's ok if you assume he has no bluff range. at higher stakes you should call here, they will pressure your Tx and 1 pair heavy range and you block a lot of his value range

Tough to fold 2 pair in a blind against blind situation I think. You pretty much loose only against AT and a set. Maybe he could even over play AK or something and that’s why I would most likely call the river.

I think villain can sometimes play like this with some high AX hands. He could also have T6s, A3... Also with missed flush draws.
I think this is close. AT I would probably at least call. Having a FD blocker in our hand is not that great, but SB opening range is wide and he should still have plenty of missed draws in his range.

It's up to you, I think fold is ok.
