What kind of hand do you put him on? After calling flop and raising turn he could have trips or Qx, he doesn't have many 7 on his range and i think he probably just call turn. If he has Qx his play makes more sense but still why he raises all-in on a turn card that doesn't change much the board, is he afraid of another diamond card?
