1. Should we rather flat than 3b, to increase probability of SB coming along? Or do we want to be HU here?
2. Once whale cold flats our 3b and CO 4bs I assume we face AA nearly always. Now, let's assume we think SB will fold - should we also fold?
3. What if we think SB will come along fairly often (as in the actual hand) - perhaps 50-60% of the time, since he's 250bb deep with CO? Is it then a much easier flat of the 4b since the pot odds will become excellent and we'll have an easy decision postflop?
