I cashed out all my money but it never appeared on my Netteller Account. On my "Referred Friends" page, there still is my friends account with $100 to it but it doesn't appear on the "Payout stats". Also, on the "Payout" page, there is no transaction.

If you have been inactive for more than 6 months, the money may have been removed. Open a ticket with our customer support team, and they may be able to restore it.

I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team. They should be able to find out what's gone wrong.
