What do you say, can I fold on the river? I don't know what types of hands would to this, it looks like a four, but wouldn't he raise that on the turn? The reason I call is because I think he would raise the turn with his good hands, and to me this looks more like a bluff from a missed draw. What would you do?

There are some missed draws and it’s a short stack.
I don’t think I can fold without good reads on him.

Fine 3bet preflop. On the flop its not as straightforward cbet as you would think, when you create your cbet strategy you have to account for your opponent and choose hands that block their continuing range, so hands with a high club, pair or/and straight blockers are preferred. Also choosing quite linear is a good idea, so if you'r betting Kx choose the ones with best kicker (AK) same for FD's. Since your range is already full with AA, betting this combo is an over-kill - (what do you do if he x/r flop? - your basically in a tough spot where you could be folding the best hand very often).
Cant really help with the river spot cause this hand is not in my river range when taking this line, but from what I have seen, when people take this line x/c x/c donk its very often value-oriented, and you actually are quite on the lower end of your range so folding should be the play. Calling too many river bets on low stakes can significantly impact your winrate.

Overall agree with benaars. Our line looks pretty strong so I'm not sure typical loose passive fish tries to bluff us off our hand with only 1/2pot river lead. Also think you overplayed your hand a little. I think we should be checking either flop or (this) turn unless we know opponent will happily call another street with bare fd.
