SB is a good calling station, that is why I raise this hand preflop, otherwise I might fold it. As played, is it correct to bet the turn for protection/value? Or is it better to check behind?

A calling station shouldn’t be a good player, but I think the turn bet seems a little bit to thin for value. I don’t think you beat much he would call there except maybe a backdoor flush draw.

Ok, so I think you mean SB is loose/passive and so is not going to 3b you, which is why we raise our CO lighter - that's reasonable. This is bottom of range, but ok I guess.
We get called, however, by tight BB.

I'd consider x/b this flop and seeing what the turn brings against BB's strong preflop range. If BB has high fold vs cbet then more reasonable to bet then plan on giving up unimproved.

If you are betting, I'd definitely x/b turn unless you think he'd fold AK /AA type hands to a second barrel (unlikely).

Then, having x/b turn we can probably bluffcatch when river gives us 2p and fold otherwise.

I dont see how this hand is opened preflop especially knowing that SB is calling station. Standard fold this hand from every position , maybe open BTN if the blinds are overfolding.
On the flop I'd check back and basically try to show this hand down. As played you basically overplayed your hand so hard that I cant see you ever winning at showdown so not betting river is burning money, just bet and hope he folds
