Hitting set on monotone flop and facing some action

Another hand, where i don`t know if play on the flop is correct....

Pre i guess everythin is standard.
Flop Yeah, i hit my set => and shit monotone board...
i decide to cbet 1/2 potsize because that would be enough to generate some fold equity and not to much to let call the BTN with only stronger hands...
i guess he cann call any heart, any A and QQ and KK and j9 combos (4)
against the small raise i decide to call because set ist realy strong and i have got many outs to improve to FH or even quads :f_thumbsup:

What do you think of the flop play?

turn well i turned nearly the nuts and rest is easy to play, if villain shows AA it would be a lost set-up, but i guess i have the best hand now and want to get in in...
What about to play check/raise here, is it o.k. or better just call?

First of all bet bigger on the flop, imo this is too small i would bet 2/3, and i still think he would call you with worse hands. Turn I think rather x/r AI because this x/minr seems very strong.
