Trying to clear my head from that KK hand, but I am making stupid mistakes. Thus...

Known players:
[tg]Position_Stack:hands/vp$ip/RaisePreflop/AF/WTS/ORL/BBvsSteal/W$SD;SB$10.64:55/33 /9 /2.7/33 /100 /-/57 ;Hero$10.00:///////;UTG2$9.90:05/40 /40 /-/0 /-/-/-;MP1$7.63:35/43 /6 /1.5/20 /-/-/33 ;MP3$9.01:77/49 /6 /1.4/16 /0 /-/50 ;[/tg]
0.05/0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.67 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♥, Q♦
UTG1 folds, UTG2 raises to $0.20, MP1 calls $0.20, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.20, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.50, Hero calls $0.40, UTG2 raises to $1.40, 2 folds, SB calls $0.90, Hero calls $0.90.

Pre-flop I should have raised to $1.50 and folded if there was a re-raise after me.

Flop: ($4.60) 8♥, J♠, 7♠ (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG2 bets $3.00, 2 folds, UTG2 gets uncalled bet back.

Instead of timing out I should have made a continuation bet after my pre-flop raise.

Final Pot: $4.60

Some players like to minraise with his AA/KK like UTG did. I would consider to raise here & fold to a reraise. But as played it's ok to call and go for set. Definitely folding the flop.
