First of all, don't minraise preflop. Reraise something like 3.5-4 times his raise since you're out of position.

Secondly, on the flop, yes you should cbet (atleast I would, theres no strong reason not to imo..), but you should c-bet higher on this flop because it is somewhat drawy. If you had AA, you would want to bet atleast 2/3rds of pot so as not to give a possible flushdraw good enough odds, you should do the same with this hand, because otherwise you're readable.

Preflop: Reraise to $1.20, you could also raise bigger here because of being OOP.
Flop: Bet bigger, 2/3 pot.
