Pokerstars not honoring THIRTY promo through PokerStrategy first deposit

A downvote? Is that the pokerstars mod's way of saying that I shouldn't expect an answer here?

There isn’t a Pokerstars mod on the forum so far, I know, but the only way to get this sorted is keeping contact with PokerStars support (support@pokerstars.com). This is a promo of PokerStars.

This indeed sounds weird. I have contacted Stars support a few times and always was happy with how fast they reply. I hope you get this sorted out. Keep us posted

I got everything what listed , once i maded mistake created acc on skrill maked depo 15 but didnt got 15$ free cause i maked depo 2 months after registration on skrill.:) hope all fixed

I got my tickets, so if anyone reading this is in the same situation; they take about 3 weeks to give you the tickets, money or answers but insist on writing in their reply that it will take 72hrs. They close all communication channels until they've done their 'audit'.

In my opinion this is really insulting.

Happened to me as well.... deposited over a week ago just got the first day. Have emailed support now 7 times with no response. Not really feeling like I want to stay on this site now. Why advertise a promotion if you’re not going to honour it?

You can also chat with them if you go to 'help' in the PokerStars client if your problem isn't solved yet.

Not seeing that option just keep getting replies that they will respond ASAP 3 weeks later....

Well, I am yet to recieve any pokerstrategy points for my playing on pokerstars scoop series. My account is tracked for over 8 years, and now this happens.
In my oppinion they are getting worse by the day. Every freaking oppurtunity where they can cut costs and earn more, they are doing it. In couple of years, party poker will be #1 room in the world imo.

I have the same problem , they give me ticket for 1st day and than simply stopped. Few times live chat support told me that they are busy and i need to wait respond on my e mail. Twice i sent appeal on support@pokerstars.com just what i get is notifications how they will answer. 30+ days gone, no tickets , no answer, simply i feel like i dont exist.
