BTN Hero ($5.18) 104bb
SB ($5.77) 115bb
BB ($16.49) 330bb
Pre-Flop: (0.07, 6 players) Hero is BTN K♥: T♣:

3 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, 1 fold, BB calls $0.07

Flop: K♣: 5♥: J♠: ($0.26, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.15, BB calls $0.15
Turn: T♠: ($0.56, 2)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.30, BB calls $0.30
River: 3♣: ($1.16, 2)
BB bets $0.73, Hero calls $0.73

He donks about 60% of the pot. If there wasnt a busted FD I would probably tend to fold. But he has a lot of suited Aces in his range doesnt he? He can also have a busted straight draw from his Ace. I dont think he has 33, he wouldnt be calling 2streets with it. He can have 55, JJ right? But wouldnt he raise it OTF/OTT? KJ is possible as well. So basicly I beat only those busted draws... I need 38%.If I put him on range A2-A9s, KJ, K9s,K8s, QTs, JJ, 55 then I have about 74,9%. If I cut his range from those As hands and put him on A5s, KJ, K9s, K8s, QTs, JJ, 55 then I have 43%. So according to this it should be a call. I should probably mention that Im not using equilab but an equity calculator on my android so the %s may not be so accurate .

Spoiler

Final Pot: $2.62
Hero shows two pair, Kings and Tens
K♥: T♣:
BB shows two pair, Kings and Fives
5♠: K♠:
Hero wins $2.51 (net +$1.21)
BB collects $0.00 (net -$1.30)

Easy call. He don't have "busted draw" here. I can't see any at the moment, something weird maybe, but will be very rare. A♠:9♠: or A♠:5♠: maybe, but very unlikely.
However he have weaker two pairs. JTo, K5s, K3s, J5s. Also J3s and T5s are not impossible. And the same hand (KT), of course.
If he play, like that, without bluffs and with any value hand (2 pairs +), we should fold. But this is very pessimistic type of thinking.

Call call donk lines are often 2pair+ and quite rarely total air. Your hand is also quite strong and from these positions I would expect villain to have some weaker 2 pair hands in his range too. I think I would call here also.

Well it is a thin decision
But he can bluff some busted fds and bet some weaker hands for value
Sometimes he will have a set but that happens
Important not to raise in such situation without having the nuts
