What do you think it's best way to play on a limp pot and you have something like a middle hand (TP weak kicker or second pair), to lead bet or check-call or if he checks behind bet on turn?

Cumps ;)

I expect we are dealing with a weak player and I don’t think it’s bad to lead the flop with top pair for thin value and if he raised you have an easy fold. Now you can’t do much else then calling him down. No need to bluff him of the hand.
