Hi guys,

I know this is a badly played hand from me. But I am still not sure how to play that hand:

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J, J. MP3 posts a blind of $0.05.
4 folds, Hero raises, MP3 (poster) calls, CO 3-bets, Button calls, 2 folds, Hero caps, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: (17.40 SB) Q, A, A (4 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO checks, Button checks.

Turn: (8.70 BB) 5 (4 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, Button calls, Hero raises, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button calls.

River: (14.70 BB) 9 (3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, Button checks.

Final Pot: 14.70 BB

When everyone checked the flop, I thought I might have the best hand and tried to find out with my raise on the turn. But with that many opponents, I guess it was a bad idea.
Just c/f turn?

With this big of a pot making a move to win it isn't such a bad thing... if you c/r turn and lead river, do you think a hand like KQ would fold?

Anyway, be mindful of the people around you here. CO could be betting with a myriad of hands, so don't automatically assume you're behind. If he were to 3bet you on the turn, you'd have to get out of there. Many micro-limit players just hate to see a hand get checked through. If this was a small pot, you'd get out, and fast, but it's not, so you have to try to win it.

bet flop and probably fold against a raise, you could maybe fold a queen or kk and want to charge flushdraws extra.
On the turn i c/f. A c/r is to expensive and i don't think you will fold a better hand.

Hmm...

Do you think someone holding KQ or KK would fold against a bet on the flop when he called a preflop cap?

I always have problems with getting those guys out of the hand. They call down with everything as you know. so I just thought about a c/r on the flop.

Would that be a solution?

with your cap preflop and check on the flop you definitely discourage action because it looks like you have a monster and try to slowplay. Thats why i would bet out and try to get gutshots or kings folded, but against a raise you can fold pretty easily unless you have enough outs to draw to your 2outer.
