I'd say then reraise the raiser preflop and if called + left HU c-bet flop, as played check/fold flop.

With so many people the flop is check/fold.

Preflop is more interesting. We can either call or raise to isolate.
Raising to isolate.
- Raise to around $0.6. Usually this reduces the field to one player.
- A cbet then becomes vital as we are not likely to have an over pair or a set and are hoping to take down the pot on the flop.
- We are out of position post-flop.
- Potentially a riskier strategy but will take down more pots.

Call.
- Essentially playing for set value (12.5%)
- If we hit we can then be fairly confident we are ahead in the hand.
- If we miss however we will usually have to check/fold against a wider field.
- Easier strategy but much more timid.

I personally like to call for set value. Makes the hand very easy to play and avoids a lot of difficult situations.

Preflop: You can either raise here or just call. Both plays are OK. I also would prefer here to call and go for set value.
Flop: Check/Fold in multiway pots.
